To obtain a quotation for purchasing a LICENSED image, e-mail sales@goodphotoart.com with your requirements for the image,. Images ordered will have COPYRIGHT GOOD PHOTO ART removed. ROYALTY FREE images purchased are subject to the following conditions: 1) They may be published in legal books, magazines, packaging, stamps, calendars, post cards, greetings cards, displays, websites or presentations. 2) They may be published in any advertising campaign, except where persons may be recognised and do not wish to be assosciated with the item advertised. LICENSED images may be used for the purposes agreed by the purchaser and Good Photo Art at time of purchase, which may include EXCLUSIVE use for a defined period,

Shipping And Handling Delivery is normally by E-mail attachment, but all the images ordered can be copied on to a single CD and despatched by normal post if required (at an additional cost for postage and packing).

Delivery Schedule Expect delivery of your order within 5 working days for E-mailed orders and 10 working days for posted orders (after receipt of your payment). If due to unforeseen circumstances delivery is likely to exceed 30 days a full refund will be offered.

Tax Charges Orders are VAT exempt.

Guarantee We are commited to quality and all images have been produced to a high standard: QUALITY - We were a participator in the Which? Web-Trader scheme before it closed in February 2003 and has also been shown in Creative Review's magazine in February 2003. Our site images were also displayed at the Institution of Electrical Engineer's Exhibition of Visual Arts in 2001. CANCELLATIONS - You will obtain a refund on CDs, if you cancel your order from Good Photo Art, as long as you confirm it in writing by E-mail at sales@goodphotoart.com or post within 7 working days after the day of receipt of the CD. RETURNS - You will need to pay for the cost of return of any CD and confirm that the image files have not been used copied or retained in any form. Your money would be returned to you within 30 days of cancellation. If CDs are not returned, where requested, a charge to reflect the cost of collecting the CDs, would be deducted from the refund. COMPLAINTS - We would endeavour to respond to any complaints within five working days. You would be advised how long it would take to resolve and be informed throughout the process.
